Yes, you can upgrade anytime just by paying the
difference fee for the difference period of your
subscription for web hosting ac.

e.g. if Plan-A is of Rs. 1000 for 1 year and
Plan-B of Rs. 2000 for 1 year and you started
with Plan A after 6 months you want to upgrade
to Plan B Then we just charge (2000-1000=
1000)*6/12(1/2 year) = Rs. 500.
